| Date/Time | : | 13/08/2006- This bhajan was organized as part of a weeklong celebration of 100 years completion of Chaithanya moorthys arrival at Thekkegramam. Kuthu vilakku radhakalyanam is a sampradaya where the entire Geetha Govindam is sung in which the unification of Jeevathma (Radha) and Paramathma (Krishna) is depicted using deepams (vilakku/lamps). This method of Radha kalyanam was said to be practised by Sri.Jayadeva & Padmavathi and was documented by Mahakavi Oothukkadu Venkatasubba Iyer. |
