Mr. Balasai TP has written more than 248 krithis so far. He has learned from revered Gurus like Sri. Neyveli Santhana Gopalan and Smt. Raji Srinivasan. He is a 'B' graded artist of AIR Chennai. He has worked as a Dinamani Music Critic for five years along with Harikesanallur Venkatraman, Simmam Kumar etc. Balasai has worked as an anchor person for TTN TV ( paid channel of Europe). He has retired as an Assistant Vice President from Kotak Mahindra Bank. His wife Mrs.Veena Balasai is a noted Music teacher and his daughter Mrs.Janani Sanjeevi is a cine singer and Carnatic Musician as well.
